One of the first protagonists of this initiative is Roberta Ravaioli, pharmacist at Zuccari Pharmacy in Forlì.

Roberta became aware of Cashmatic and its automated checkout systems during the Cosmofarma fair, thanks to a suggestion from her uncle, Pierluigi Zuccari, president of Corofar Distribuzione.
